By accessing, registering on, or using the nnpk platform — including the website at nnpk.io, any associated mobile-optimised versions, and all products and services offered therein — you ("the Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the nnpk Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and nnpk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). If you are accessing nnpk on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms, and by accepting these Terms you do so on behalf of that party.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published at nnpk.io/terms-conditions with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

To open and use an nnpk account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. nnpk strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any other person or entity.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the nnpk platform or any associated services.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of nnpk, nor a close family member of any such individual.

nnpk reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including government-issued identification and proof of address — at any stage of the player relationship. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Any account found to have been registered by a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria will be closed immediately. Winnings generated by ineligible accounts are void and will not be paid out. Deposits made by ineligible players will be returned to the original payment method where technically possible.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) nnpk account only. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. nnpk is not liable for any loss or damage arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your nnpk login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify nnpk immediately at [email protected].

nnpk reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where required to comply with applicable laws, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where the platform determines the account holder does not meet eligibility requirements.

All transactions on nnpk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). nnpk supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your nnpk wallet instantly upon confirmation of the transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take between one and three hours depending on the sending institution. nnpk does not charge platform-side transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed by nnpk within thirty (30) minutes during standard operating hours (06:00–24:00 BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the next available window. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.

Verification: nnpk may place a hold on withdrawal requests pending identity verification. You may be asked to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID and a recent utility bill or bank statement. Verification requests must be completed within seven (7) days, after which nnpk may cancel the withdrawal request and return funds to the player wallet.

• Funds deposited into your nnpk wallet may only be used for placing bets and playing games on the platform.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 5.
• nnpk reserves the right to limit, suspend, or reverse a withdrawal request if fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

nnpk offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotional term and these general Terms, the specific promotional term shall prevail.

General bonus conditions that apply across all nnpk promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time. Players must opt in to claim a bonus where required.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, as specified per promotion.

All bets placed on nnpk are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or market. The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. nnpk reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market or event at its sole discretion.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, nnpk reserves the right to void any bet placed at the erroneous odds. Players will be notified and their stake returned.
• For in-play (live) betting markets, bets accepted after the relevant event, action, or outcome has occurred are void. nnpk employs automated in-play suspension mechanisms but does not guarantee the absolute prevention of late-accepted bets.
• Minimum bet amounts and maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. Specific limits are displayed within the betting interface.
• Bets on events that are cancelled, abandoned, or suspended and not completed within the defined settlement window will be voided and stakes returned.
• Cricket betting on nnpk covers BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC tournaments, and bilateral series. Specific match rules — including rain interruption, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern adjustments, and super-over provisions — are published in the cricket betting rules section of the platform.

Casino game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. nnpk does not manipulate game outcomes and has no capability to do so given the RNG-based architecture used by its licensed game providers.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nnpk platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, voiding of all pending bets and bonuses, and withholding of account balances pending investigation:

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using nnpk for any fraudulent purpose, including using stolen payment credentials, laundering funds through the platform wallet, or structuring transactions to evade detection.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players, teams, or third parties to manipulate the outcome of bets or games to generate artificial profits.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on events the outcome of which has been predetermined or manipulated, whether or not you are a party to the manipulation.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, AI-driven tools, or any other automated means to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with the casino without human input.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers, including through multi-accounting, stake manipulation, or any other method designed to generate guaranteed profits from bonuses.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider in bad faith after placing bets. nnpk will pursue recovery of any funds subject to fraudulent chargebacks.
• Platform Interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, intercept, or otherwise interfere with nnpk's software, infrastructure, or data systems.

nnpk cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in the investigation of suspected financial crime, fraud, or match fixing. Player account data may be disclosed to competent authorities where required by applicable law or court order.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the nnpk platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform; modify or create derivative works; use the platform for commercial purposes; or scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the platform by automated means.

Game content delivered via Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other licensed third-party providers remains the intellectual property of the respective provider. nnpk operates these games under valid commercial licences.

nnpk does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. nnpk makes reasonable efforts to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, particularly during periods of scheduled maintenance, high-traffic events such as BPL final matches, or force majeure circumstances.

nnpk collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at nnpk.io/privacy-policy. By creating an account and using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

nnpk implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform sessions and payment transactions. Player data is stored on secure servers and is accessible only to authorised nnpk personnel on a need-to-know basis.

nnpk will not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through nnpk's internal process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.
